• Create and manage your account.
• Authenticate you and secure the service.
• Process voice recordings and generate analysis, coaching, playback, and history features.
• Troubleshoot bugs, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and service rules.

Voice Recordings and Analysis

When you submit a recording, Boss Voice uploads and processes that recording to generate scores, coaching feedback, playback, and session history. We do not intentionally make your uploaded recordings public.

Retention

We retain account data, recordings, and analysis results for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product, support playback and history features, improve reliability, investigate abuse or failures, comply with legal requirements, and protect the service. Some recordings may be deleted after processing depending on product settings or operational requirements.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to host the application, store recordings, process data, manage databases, deliver infrastructure, and monitor product reliability.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may choose whether to submit recordings. If you do not provide recordings, some product features will not function.

Children

Boss Voice is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
